What used to be the ‘pissing wall’ outside my previous abode is now getting cobblestones and likewise around the corner from what was the Mayan Moon Cafe, now a tienda(competing with the other 5 or 6 on 4th norte..the Nazarene Cultural Center? offering food, classes and what else…i don’t get it but that’s nothing new…ran into Plumb Bob and Luke outside of dos Reilly’s…thought maybe Carla B would be at Travel

i’d popped in to say hi to Nick Z, met his mom/sister(I think she was his sister) at el Portal…Gina and I were taking photos of each other earlier..this was ‘payback’…and I’m getting a new bonus living here…the delicious Flor of Dasha jogs past in the mornings, about 9ish..hey, i’m old..i take what comes..for me, i’m like Santa Claus..once a year..another perfect evening, xlnt temperature and the PNC? all over town…visible…in force…walking the beat, cruising on bikes…upper 5th? Cashbar…rest of ‘em hoping, wishing and dreaming..
